FruityRemote supports Apple TV HD (4th generation) and all Apple TV 4K models running tvOS.
Do I need to install any app or profile on my Apple TV?
No. FruityRemote connects via Apple's native companion protocol, so your Apple TV works out of the box with zero modifications.
Do both devices need to be on the same network?
